Syvota is a deep, sheltered bay on Lefkada’s south-east coast, a harbour of fish tavernas and summer yachts that stays quiet even in August. The estate sits a five-minute drive above it, and Lefkada is the one Ionian island you can drive to: the floating bridge at Agia Mavra takes you straight on, no ferry.
